2. Scope
Applies to the use of Vortex Rush on Android and associated services (api.lastgamestudio.fun servers, Web3 contracts on BNB Smart Chain, multiplayer features and support). By using the app you accept this policy.
3. Data We Collect
Wallet and account identifiers: public wallet address, network ID, session IDs, Thirdweb tokens and temporary keys needed to sign VR (ERC-1155) and LGST (ERC-20) transactions. Wallet connected by you (Thirdweb, MetaMask, WalletConnect) or generated by the custodial backend. Required for Web3 features and rewards.
Transactional and game data: race history, progress, on-chain inventory, VR↔LGST/BNB redemption requests, reload dates (consultDateReload), reward logs and encrypted anti-abuse limits (e.g. UpdateProximaRecarga). Source: game client, api.lastgamestudio.fun API, BNB Smart Chain contracts. Essential to operate the game and rewards.
Technical information: device model and OS, language, public IP, error logs (Unity/Google Play), basic telemetry, anti-tamper hashes. Collected automatically when running the app or when processes fail. Necessary for stability and security.
Communications: support messages, attachments, proof of payment or KYC if required by regulation. Sent by you via email or other official channels. Optional unless legally required.
We do not request your real name, home address or biometric data. We do not show behavioral advertising or integrate third-party ad networks in the current version.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Providing the service: enabling the game, syncing matches, processing rewards and maintaining on-chain inventories.
- Security and fraud prevention: validating wallet ownership, applying withdrawal limits and detecting automation.
- Customer support: responding to issues, wallet migrations and rights requests.
- Legal obligations: keeping traceability of crypto-asset operations when tax or AML regulations require it.
- Product improvement: analyzing aggregated metrics and technical failures to optimize the experience.
5. Legal Bases
- Contract performance: access to the game, rewards and redemptions requested.
- Consent: connecting external wallets, receiving notifications and voluntary support submissions.
- Legitimate interest: protecting the platform, preventing abuse and improving performance.
- Legal compliance: responding to administrative or regulatory requirements.
6. Use of Blockchain Technology
- VR (ERC-1155) and LGST (ERC-20) operations take place on BNB Smart Chain; published information (wallet, amounts, hashes) is public and immutable.
- When authorizing redemptions, metadata such as the next claim date is encrypted (AES-256) before being sent to api.lastgamestudio.fun for validation.
- We cannot modify or delete on-chain data; you can manage your assets with the wallet you control.
7. Recipients and Third Parties
We do not sell your data. We share only what is strictly necessary with:
- api.lastgamestudio.fun servers (TLS hosting) to validate purchases and rewards.
- Web3 third parties (Thirdweb SDK, WalletConnect, MetaMask) for authentication and transaction signing.
- Multiplayer/telemetry platforms such as Photon/Exit Games and Unity/Google Play diagnostic services.
- Email providers (e.g. Gmail) for support.
All of them operate under agreements with confidentiality and data protection clauses.
8. International Transfers
We try to host data within the EU/EEA; some providers may operate from the US or other jurisdictions. In those cases we apply standard contractual clauses or other recognized safeguards.
9. Retention Periods
- Game and wallet records: while the account is active and up to 5 additional years for legal obligations.
- Technical logs: up to 24 months.
- Communications: up to 3 years from ticket closure.
- On-chain data: permanent on the corresponding blockchain.
10. Exercising Your Rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection and restriction, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at support@lastgamestudio.fun indicating your wallet or player ID; we respond within ≤30 days. Remember that data already recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted, but we can unlink your wallet from our centralized systems.
11. Security
- Communications encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Sensitive data encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256).
- Internal role-based access controls, audits and anti-abuse monitoring (script and replay-attack detection).
12. Minors
The game is aimed at users over 13 years old. If we discover data from minors without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the account and block the associated wallet.
13. Device Permissions and Features
We only request:
- Full network/Internet access to connect to servers, Photon and Web3 nodes.
- Vibration and internal storage use for local preferences.
We do not access contacts, precise location, camera or microphone, unless future features require it and it is disclosed separately.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy for operational or regulatory reasons. We will publish the new effective date in the app and on the Google Play listing; if the change is significant, we will communicate it before it takes effect.
